Kevin brings over 30 years of expertise across diverse manufacturing industries, including medical, large-format digital printing, automotive, metal fabrication, and electrical equipment. He has worked with TEC Manufacturers to provide specialized electrical equipment to industrial and oil & gas clients, most recently applying these insights to the Data Center Market. By consistently seeking innovative approaches to problem-solving, Kevin has played a key role in revolutionizing how TEC Group services its manufacturers and customers. His leadership and commitment to growth have propelled the TEC Team to achieve numerous sales records for the majority of the manufacturers they represent. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Kevin applies his technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop solutions that drive efficiency and success. Guided by his Christian faith, Kevin approaches decision-making with integrity and perspective, focusing on the importance of his family and the God-given blessings that life has provided.

Mike has over 30 years in the electrical industry. He is a Texas A&M University Graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution. Throughout his career, Mike has enjoyed success in a variety of roles including branch location start-ups in the electrical distribution environment, EPC specialist driving manufacturer’s specifications with contract engineering firms along with his position as a drive specialist at a large electrical distributor in Houston. Mike is an active church member and implements God’s teachings in his daily life. Throughout the years, Mike has built long-standing business relationships by dealing with his clients with trust and integrity. Mike’s passion for building business within the electrical industry is contagious and he looks forward to working with you.

Bruce has over 30 years in the Power/Petrochem/Paper industry. He is a Texas A&M University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics. Over his career, Bruce has enjoyed success in a variety of roles selling large new and aftermarket OEM components/services including Boilers, Pressure Parts, Combustion Systems, Boiler Auxiliary Equipment, Environmental Equipment, Construction Services, Condensers/Feedwater Heaters/Heat Exchangers, HRSGs, Cooling Towers, Turbines and Generators. Bruce is a highly motivated, dedicated and passionate individual who believes in “Doing what you say” for all his clients and colleagues which has blessed him with lasting customer relationships. His innovative approach and creative thinking have allowed Bruce to think outside of the box creating unique solutions for his clients. Bruce strives to deliver quality products/services for his clients which will provide reliable, sustainable, redundant and maintainable components for the operation of their facilities. Bruce enjoys his Christian faith which has allowed him to implement integrity and perspective in his work ethics throughout his career. He loves his family and spends a lot of time with his 9 grandkids teaching them Christian truths and morals. He enjoys the lake, woodworking, hunting and spending time with his friends.

Lee has been working in the hazardous area oil and gas industry for 15 years. He moved to Texas from Sheffield England at the age of 15, and once graduated from high school immediately began working in the industry. Starting out as an assembler for Ex enclosures he quickly progressed and began working as a technical sales engineer responsible for designing various types of Hazardous area equipment. Lee’s biggest passion is for cars. Or anything with an internal combustion engine, no matter the function of the vehicle. From off roading to race cars. This is his main passion. He also enjoys football and is an avid supporter of the Houston Dynamos.

Brent is a Texas A&M University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management. As a recent addition to the TEC Group family, Brent brings over 7 years of knowledge in the electrical industry. Previously serving as a manufacturer representative along with being a direct factory rep, Brent brings an extensive understanding of the processes and channel partners throughout the industry. Brent is a very highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and valued customer relationships. He takes much pride in connecting with customers striving to create honest, lasting relationships. His hard work and integrity ensures our customers will be well taken care of, driving accelerated growth for each of our partners. Brent also has a true love for his family and friends. He has a very positive, caring attitude that ensures the best possible environment to strengthen our team. In his downtime, Brent enjoys just about anything outdoors, whether it be hunting, golfing, lake days, sports, or snowboarding.

Trevor is a graduate from Texas State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He is a Fort Worth native with 6 years of experience in sales, most recently in Controls and Instrumentation. Trevor strives to build lasting relationships based on trust and honesty. He brings value to our team and North Texas customers through his positive attitude, resourcefulness, and work ethic. His family and friends are his motivation and he enjoys spending time with them. Rather it is spending time outdoors together, or simply enjoying one another’s company. His devotion and passion for continued learning will pave the way to success and a fulfilling career in the electrical industry. Trevor looks forward to building together and providing his customers with quality service and solutions.

David has over 37 years in the Electrical and Lighting Industry. He is a Sam Houston State University graduate with a degree in General Business. In 1964, David’s dad, Bob Kopinitz started Kopinitz Company in the Houston Heights area where David grew up working in the warehouse and learning the electrical industry. In the year 2000 David assumed control and continued to grow Kopinitz Company into one of the most respected and reliable rep agencies in Texas. David strives to help his customers every day with quality service, knowledge and respect. David is a native Houstonian and enjoys playing golf, traveling, and watching the Astros, the Texans and the University of Houston football team. David looks forward to continuing to serve the electrical industry and build relationships as part of the TEC Group team.

Steve brings over 25 years of Oil & Gas industry experience with focus on product specification and application. Steve began his career as an electrical designer for a major international EPC firm in Houston, where he learned application and design of various electrical products and systems. He then moved into technical sales and specifications, direct for manufacturers, as well as managing and owning his own rep agency and most recently, serving as managing partner of a consulting firm focused on power quality and filtration for end-user customer facilities. Steve and his wife, Beverly, have been married for 28 years and have now moved into the ""empty nester"" role as both kids begin to advance in their own professional careers. Steve and his wife are members of Good Shepherd Methodist Church and enjoy traveling, fishing, going to concerts and listening to live music.

Taylor has 8 years of sales experience and prides himself in the ability to connect with customers and create long lasting relationships. He is very passionate about his work and thrives to exceed all measures with extreme determination and a work ethic that is un-matched. Taylor enjoys the outdoor lifestyle whether it is, on the golf course, in the duck blind or fishing. He enjoys watching college football and talking sports with his friends. Taylor looks forward to building a long lasting business in the electrical industry within the Oklahoma and North Texas in the years to come. His positive attitude and strong work ethic as well as his devotion to God, will guide him to success while creating long lasting relations within his region.

Daniel is a graduate from Texas A&M University. He has 7 years of sales experience and is very passionate in the work he does. His integrity, his ability to be trustworthy, and his hard work are all characteristics that we feel will continue to benefit the TEC Team. We believe that his core values and morals will guide him to be successful in electrical industry. He has a true love for his family and friends. His caring attitude and positive outlook on life keeps him smiling every day. He understands that all of his successes all hinge on his devotion to God. Daniel is excited to maintain and build everlasting relationships in his region with TEC-Sales.

Greg started in electrical distribution 28 years ago after spending several years in the oilfield service industry. His field experience and training allowed him to understand the sense of urgency and quality products needed to keep the field equipment running. It further benefited him during the several years he worked in Electrical distribution. Just like in his Oilfield Service work, Greg started in the warehouse and quickly worked his way up to a Senior Salesman concentrating primarily on the Petroleum market. He spent a number of years honing his business relationships with large industrial contractors, opened on-site distribution stores, and became an expert on hazardous location-rated products for on-shore, and offshore applications globally. Since 1999 Greg has continued to gravitate toward helping customers with IEC-rated lighting, motor control, distribution, and automation components and system solutions. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Christy and his ever-growing family. He is a rabid Oklahoma Sooner and happy to defend his position as such. He and Christy attend First Baptist Church in Norman, Oklahoma, and have enjoyed mentoring the church member’s children and youth groups.

Stacey brings over 20 years of sales and operations experience to this new adventure. He is new to the industrial electrical industry but brings his native West Texas roots, exuberance for sales, and consultative approach to the region. Stacey spent the last seven-plus years in the industrial coating and plating business consulting with customers primarily from the oil and gas industry, but enjoying the challenges of finding solutions for a broad range of customers corrosion and abrasion issues.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. After five years as a recording engineer in Nashville, he transitioned to the electrical industry in 2015, where his expertise in solutions-based sales has built strong partnerships with manufacturers and customers. Nick brings creativity and versatility, allowing him to provide innovative solutions for diverse customer needs.

With over 27 years in electrical distribution, Jonathon specializes in electrical infrastructure across Alabama and Mississippi. His extensive experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring safe and reliable power distribution. Jonathon has a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices, allowing him to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions.

Shawn is a sales and business development leader with a 20-year career built around the Energy, Oil & Gas, with a focus on the electrical products sectors. Before joining TEC Group Shawn spent significant time at Marmon IEI, where he held progressively senior roles including Strategic Market Director of Oil & Gas, Director of Sales over Oil Rig & Industrial Products, National Sales Manager, and Sales & Marketing Manager. Earlier in his career, Shawn worked as Business Development Manager focusing on custom energy solutions as Solution Center Manager at Crawford Electric. He also served as Business Development Manager at Amphenol and as the Materials Manager at NOV (National Oilwell Varco), where he contributed to supply chain operations within the oil and gas industry. Shawn's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington and Punahou School.

Paul holds a Technology degree from the UK with over 30 years of experience in Automation, Controls, and Power. He's held various roles in the market, including Sales, Sales Manager, and Regional Manager for distribution and two major enclosure manufacturers. Paul brings strategic insight and decades of industry experience, ensuring his clients receive expert solutions.

Mike has been in the electrical industry in Florida for over 20 years. He focus is with OEMs and Industrial End Users, aiming to provide best-in-class service for the West Coast and Central Florida. Mike brings a wealth of local industry knowledge and a customer-first mindset, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

Steve has over 20 years in the Electrical Industry. He has a Master’s Degree in the Science of Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science from the University of Notre Dame. Steve is a graduate of the J.F. Kennedy Special Warfare School, and a former United States Army Captain in the Special Forces. He is proud to have served his country as a Desert Storm Veteran. He has a diverse successful work history in Sales and Sales Management positions covering small and large Electrical Distributors, as an Electrical Manufactures’ Representative, and Senior Level Management with National and International Electrical Manufactures. Steve prides himself on helping others become successful. He continues to build strong industry relationships through his Christian beliefs, and leadership ability to become others’ trusted advisor.

Oliver is a Texas A&M University Graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution with a Minor in Business Management. As a recent addition to the TEC Group family, Oliver brings a new and welcomed approach to an established team of effectual sales engineers. His natural talent and passion has accelerated his understanding of commerce and relationships in the manufacturing environment and has earned him the position of Regional Sales Manager and Project Manager. As a recent addition to the TEC Group family, Oliver brings a new and welcomed approach to an established team of effectual sales engineers. His natural talent and passion has accelerated his understanding of commerce and relationships in the manufacturing environment and has earned him the position of Regional Sales Manager and Project Manager. Over three years he watched the business grow from 20M to 40M in annual revenue, grow from 75 to 135 employees, and experienced a full buyout from an international conglomerate. Invaluable experience was gained in motors, drives, processes, controls, and high-speed turbine technology, as well as manufacturing processes, new product design, procurement, marketing, and system software implementation. Oliver has a passionate love of family and friends that shines through all aspects of his life and work. Oliver’s hard-work, devotion, and integrity adds strength to our team that thrives on enduring business relationships and dedication to our client’s objectives.

Terry has an BSEE Degree from University of Memphis and an MBA Marquette University. He has been in the electrical industry for 30 years. Terry is excited to bring his 15 years of experience of being a manufacturer’s representative to TEC Group. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, kayaking, golfing, and hiking with his family and friends.

Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, primarily in the offshore oil and gas sector specializing in hazardous location applications. He graduated from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies with a degree in Nautical Science, he then went onto work in the offshore shipping industry serving as a deck officer on gas tankers, shuttle tankers and oil tankers in the Merchant Navy from 2001 to 2007. After getting married to Gayle and having their daughter Caitlin; Ryan moved back to a land based job as a salesman promoting Ex products in hazardous locations. Ryan is an active church member who enjoys serving the Kingdom and his community, his passions are his wife and daughter, the church, skiing and traveling. He prides himself on being trustworthy, having genuine integrity and being able to farm relationships which are based on these values.
